Stephen A. Berkowitz: MA; MBA has directed domestic and overseas consulting assignments for such clients as the Paris Stock Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange, Fidelity Investments, the Dreyfus Funds, The Office of Pension and Welfare Benefits (DOL), Perdue Farms, Incorporated, Teamsters Local 560 Benefits Fund, and the Virginia State Retirement System. He has provided expert testimony regarding liability and damages in securities matters, complex business disputes involving investment prudence, regulated industries and public policy.

He has published numerous articles in academic and practitioner journals. He is an adjunct lecturer in finance at the Robert H. Smith School of Business; University of Maryland (College Park) where he teaches courses in securities analysis, investments and corporate finance.
